Starting April 20, 2026, my 30min, 45min, and 60min prices will change, with my 30min and 45min appointments seeing the biggest hike of $10.

Since 2020, I continue to have a buffer between patients to factor in time for cleaning and to ensure best safety protocols.  I have often used this as a way to also ensure thorough and comprehensive patient care - spending a few extra minutes to walk through exercises or to answer questions, and allowing me to stay on time with all my patients. I will continue to have this buffer for these reasons, however it does mean I am working longer hours while also taking a hit on my overall income.

I know everyone is suffering the same rise in inflation and I want to remain accessible to my patients with that in mind. New prices will not apply to those who reach out and require a sliding scale, no explanation necessary.
